ABOUT GO CIRCULAR IN LIFE SCIENCE

In early 2022, we have participated in an Innosuisse open innovation challenge workshop series, where people from different companies and organizations came up together to work on circular economy solutions for Pharma and Medtech industries.  It was organized by the NTN Innovation Booster Applied Circular Sustainability.   

 

Our team has developed a project idea for building up a Swiss collaboration platform for the circular economy in Life Science. We have won the challenge and some funding to organize two successful events with over 50 participants from big pharma, suppliers, medtech, hospitals, startups, researchers and service providers at ImpactHub Basel. On 18 October 2022, we could found the non-profit association "Go Circular in Life Science".

Our aim is to create a community of stakeholders and companies that commit to co-develop the concept further by bringing case studies and enabling more circularity for the life science industry.
